PROINSERMANT has held the award ceremony for the third edition of its ProTalento Scholarships<\/strong>, a programme aimed at the children of company employees that seeks to recognise academic effort, support their education and help them continue their university or vocational studies.<\/span><\/p>\n

A total of twelve young people<\/strong> from both educational pathways were recognised during the event. They will receive financial support to help cover some of the costs associated with their studies. The scholarships can be used towards tuition fees, books, educational materials, electronic devices, transport, language courses, academic support or other education-related needs.<\/p>\n

The ceremony, hosted by Pilar Hidalgo, Human Resources Director at PROINSERMANT<\/strong>, brought together students, families, employees and company representatives. It was attended by Br\u00edgido Sep\u00falveda, founder of PROINSERMANT, accompanied by his wife, Felisa Molinos; Carlos Sep\u00falveda, CEO; and Roque Justicia, Managing Director<\/strong>, who presented the scholarships to the students. Through the event, PROINSERMANT sought to recognise their academic achievements as well as the consistency, commitment and responsibility<\/strong> behind them.<\/p>\n

For Carlos Sep\u00falveda, CEO of PROINSERMANT<\/strong>, this philosophy is closely linked to the way the company understands its responsibility towards the people who are part of it.<\/p>\n

\u201cA company cannot think solely about what happens during the working day. Behind every employee there is a family, personal ambitions and individual circumstances. Through the ProTalento Scholarships, we want to recognise the efforts of these young people, but also to support their families and, in some way, give something back for the commitment our employees show to PROINSERMANT every day,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
