PROINSERMANT Comfort Engineering is one of the companies participating in the project of the new Bermeja Beach Beach Club, an exclusive leisure and restaurant complex located in Playa del Cristo.
This ambitious project, which has recently restarted its execution work, is promoted by the Prestige Expo Group, a renowned real estate developer, synonymous with quality and exclusivity, specialized in high-end villas on the Costa del Sol. Within the group there are notable dining establishments such as Besaya Beach and Tikitano, which complement its focus on creating exceptional properties in the area. The architectural design of this leisure space has been conceived by the internationally renowned architecture studio Yodezeen Architectural and Interior Design and adapted by Huete Arquitectos.
The operation of the Bermeja Beach beach club will be carried out by a prestigious hospitality group that is a benchmark in the sector at an international level, which will include Estepona in a select list of cities with destinations as exclusive as Miami, Dubai or Hong Kong.
The execution of the work is being carried out by the construction company Alquimia S.L. PROINSERMANT, for its part, is the company in charge of both the design of the project and the execution of all the comfort engineering facilities, thus raising the level of well-being and comfort of all visitors to this new complex.
