Located at the heart of Marbella’s Golden Mile. EPIC Marbella is the first residential project in collaboration with FENDI CASA, offering a sophisticated architectural style. The private residential complex is composed of 3 independent neighbourhoods with 76 luxury apartments, with panoramic sea views.
In addition to the spectacular houses, EPIC Marbella boasts premium communal areas with coworking spaces, childcare areas, a gym plus an additional sports centre, a spa with two hammams, a sauna, treatment rooms and an indoor infinity pool.
The design of the EPIC Marbella homes is spectacular due to the use of FENDI CASA for decoration, but they are even more exclusive for their interior beauty, thanks to the technical installations carried out by PROINSERMANT.
For this project, PROINSERMANT has taken care of all the lighting installations; hydraulic installations: filtration and supply and decalcification of drinking water; as well as the air conditioning and hot water installations with aerothermal, clean energy that can extract up to 75% of energy from the air we find in the atmosphere and therefore reduce the use of electricity.
Smart technology for houses
Regarding the smart home installation, the chosen system was the KNX system by the Schneider Electric brand, of which we are EcoXpert distributors. This has ensured total comfort for the inhabitants of EPIC Marbella, with efficient energy management.
In the communal areas, PROINSERMANT will also be responsible for the installations in the Wellness area, including the necessary systems for water treatment, installation of massage jets, counter-current swimming systems and decorative pool lighting. Connectivity will also be included, of course.
